McDonald's

Honestly awful since delivery started. The whole purpose of McDs etc is fast food. If it's not fast what is the point? Queing in a packed restaurant for almost half hr (Inc the time it took to get in the carpark). Unfortunately this mcds can't cope with demand. Not worth the money. Everyone in here is saying the same thing. Meanwhile there is stacks of food going cold.

My order perfect as sat and ordered in store... However surely there is a better system to food sat around for delivery, 15 to 20minutes this was sat.

Always park in the click and serve but every single time nearly get crashed into by these justeat drivers who just couldn’t care less if they park on your child or not. 20min wait and stone cold food. Drinks had no straws and my beef Spanish stack was the chicken one but looked like someone sat on it all and all the green in it like it came from a swamp. Got a free cheeseburger with the app that looked like a cheap sandle you buy from a budget holiday…. Just normal McDonald’s I guess

Long wait for food to be prepared, as there was a big queue in the drive thru and a few delivery drivers waiting who were obviously getting priority over those who had ordered in store. The happy meal and fries were hot, but my grill order burger was stone cold. Plenty of condiments and containers etc available, but no sugar or milk for hot drinks.

Popped in to get lunch for daughter, Has been refitted, used touch screen to order ( should clean more often ) ordered food had to wait 20 min, Slow service as drive through getting served quicker ? Other people were waiting for food as well, need to sort out service for those that go in to eat or takeaway 🤔

I thought I would give this place another go after they have just had a major refurbishment.
You will all be happy to know it is back to business as usual, long waits, cold food, no free wifi, dirty floors and dirty toilets...

However there are a couple of new features to look forward to, no hand sanitizer stations (back to washing hands in the dirty toilets and wasting water), no more table service (order and wait at counter, order ready board not working (hard of hearing here, maybe that's why my food was cold?) and no trays if you're eating in making disposing of the wrappers a bit of a chore.

I have no idea what the refurbishment cost but it was definitely money not well spent.

I did want to speak to the manager but they were unavailable.

Worst visit ever to any McDonalds and I have traveled all over the globe!

Cold food served on a dirty tray in grubby surroundings

One look in the toilet was enough to put me off even taking a single step through the restroom door!

Totally unable to connect to their free WiFi and there was so little ink in the receipt I was unable to use the code to give feed back.

Really not a good place to grab a bite...

I went to this McDonald's last Sunday for a late lunch at 13, and I have to say that I have been very nicely surprised. I felt no tension from the crew and my order was ready in a couple of minutes. Moreover, the personnel was lovely and, on the top of that, somebody from the staff offered to clear my tray.
As a French person, I have to say that many of the French McDonald's restaurants should be envious of the quality of this service.

We grabbed a macdonalds before going shopping and went through the drive through we waited half an hour for our food for it to be slung in the bag and be cold we also had one of our children's food missing... I'm far from happy with this experience and will not be coming back any time soon..
