Took about 12 minutes for the food to arrive using the app. Nice clean restaurant with first floor.

I don't know if that's new portions of ice cream due to cost of living crisis but it's disgusting. Our ice creams did not even fill half of your cup. I buy them regularly in different branches, last time last weekend. If I wanted small one I would order small one. I ordered regular one which had literally 3 spoonfuls. Don't cheat people, put prices up, but don't give less than half of normal amount. I don't know what small one would look like now - one spoonful?!

Usually no problem but today food not too clever. Bit in to mozzarella stick and it was still frozen. Chicken nuggets tasted old. And I can't even comment about the small portion of chips. Even barbie would have been disappointed with the portion.

One of the dirtiest McDonald's I've been in ok it was busy but come on it's McDonald's. The sauce stations around the place were dirty and not topped up. Toilets were grotty too won't be coming back anytime soon.

Terrible facilities, the bathroom light is on a sensor and it went out while I was in the ladies and so I was locked in there without any light whatsoever for a long time as I was unable to find the door handle or my way out. It was the most terrifying experience and their incompetent manager dismissed my concerns and stated all restaurants are like this. We are Canadians who have been in hundreds of McD's throughout North America and never has this happened. If that was an elderly person, a child, someone with a disability those inadequate light sensors could have caused serious injuries to them. What a disgraceful response and a terrible establishment.

Stopped by during a visit to the area with a good friend. There were several available seating places, and appeared to be an upstairs area as well. We remained downstairs, ordering from the kiosks mounted to the wall inside the door. Our order was called out within 10 minutes, which given the restaurant was busy (as it was lunch time) this was great to see.

Clean and tidy great staff but the food was awful I know its fast food but the fat was dripping off half the cheese was on the wrapping it wasn't even put together properly disappointed

Quick and easy to order food on the touchscreen, longer wait than usual wait to collect even tho it wasn't busy
