Had many different experiences here. Most good, some just odd like this evening.

All in all, worth calling in if you're passing through. Just be careful at certain times at the weekends as queues can be massive and you can sit waiting 45mins plus in the drive through.

Absolutely disgusting place wouldn't feed my dog here , rats by the door running around the bins and near drive though. 10 young kids working there all couldn't get our order right, an then tried taking the money an telling us they not serving us an keeping the money to the point I had to get out of the car to get my money back. Two young people were putting their fingers up at me and my children. Absolutely disgusting employees and workplace. Recently been shut down because of how dirty the place was.

Absolutely trashed inside, no cleaning going on. Long wait for food. Food arrived wrong. Replacement, after arguing with jumped-up 'manager' was not fit to be served and still wrong. Staff no clue what they're doing. Corporate need to get involved with this franchise.

ordered at 6:26 (monday) didnt get food til 7:52 an my food is cold so thankyou. actually beg someone closes this place bcs theyve told my 12 yr old brother to kill himself before and there staff are mostly underaged people who dont know how to get an order correct. every time we come to this mcdonalds our order always is wrong actually jus gon stop coming at this point. always overcharge us because u dont know how money works an foods always cold.🤦🏻‍♀️ my burger had 27 gurkins.. thats not normal-

I ordered a crispy bacon chicken salad in October 22 it did not have any bacon in .I ordered exactly the same thing Dec28th although the salad was fresh it had one piece of tomato the original ones used to have a little baby tomatoes in them .mine had nothing but thick pieces of red onions and the chicken was beautiful but I had no bacon again so I'm very disappointed in this product . unfortunately because it was so so busy and I didn't have my phone to take any pictures of it or no time to go to the counter to get a replacement please make sure these orders have what they say they've got inside them as we do actually pay for this 😔

Just called in for a drive through and it was a good job it was a drive through or all the food would have been taken back. We had two cold and chewy filet of fish and two cold and soggy portions of chips. I don't know what is going on with that place but it's going down hill very rapidly

Visited on many occasions. Convenient location outside parking area usually tidy aswel as interior seating area. Drive thru order service is fast but if parked up expect a longer wait. Stopped using drive thru due to so many times I have had food missing from order once parked in waiting bay and had to go back inside. Easier to order inside for takeaway and check order before leaving. Two occasions I have received vouchers as compensation due to order errors inwhich I was greatful for.

No mcflurry, no milkshakes, nowhere to park. Waited ages for food. Had to park up round the corner as bays were full. Food arrived wet due to the weather. No apologies and a miserable server. Food came out cold and order incomplete
