KFC Cardiff - Queen Street

I visited KFC Cardiff - Queen street during the weekend. Please note that there are two KFCs in Cardiff. KFC at St.Mary Street is not halaal and KFC at Queen's street is halaal.

For the first time, I tried Zinger Burger Meal and Zinger Salad. Zinger salad was delicious with Mayonnaise. If you haven't tried Zinger Salad, you must try it.

They have dine-in and takeaway options as well. They have self-ordering machines with spacious seating.

The prices are reasonable. You can visit here with family, friends, and kids as well.

Delivery was exceptionally late, took 40+ minutes to prepare 10 filets and 2 wraps. All food was cold and not up to the usual kfc standard. Ordered 4 cookies, got 3 and one was smashed up. I wish I checked the reviews before ordering, could have saved an hour of my life and prevented a disappointing meal. I know working at kfc isn’t the dream job but where’s the self integrity?

If you enjoy going to a lovely chicken restaurant who takes pride in their lovely modern stores then stay away from this place. If you are prepared to clean up after other people and wipe down your own tables then this is the place for you. Staff are useless, tables are disgusting and bins are over flowing. Lovely food though😌

I am here for the 20 hot wings deal.
Food is alright - it is KFC, what do you expect.
I didn't dine in, but the place looks dirty ( Although there is some staff chatting behind the counter during my 15 mins wait, no one seems to have the free time to clean the place.)
Just want to share that they offer a free drink for those willing to give 5 stars review in KFC internal survey.

Details below:
I did it in counter with a lady, she helped me to enter the store number and details about my order.
However, she went to put all answers as very satisfied in the survey.
When I ask if I can do the survey myself, she answered no, unless I do not want the free drink.
Apparently, they are trying to boost their review amongst other KFC by offering free drinks.
It is just disgusting that they are trying to pretend they have a good service by giving out free food for good reviews.
Which is no difference with buying fake reviews online.

Food was good but service wasn't. self service for ordering was down and there was no one to take orders over the counter. Also, deal of 20 wings bucket wasn't there, when asked staff they said the don't have stock, but funny enough if you order wings with any other deal! It was available.

We ordered a burger, which never showed up!
We called up KFC to which the lady was extremely rude, completely unhelpful, told us there was no way we could get our burger and when we asked what number to call for a refund, she told us to Google it and cut off the call!!! Very disappointed, KFC definitely need to rethink who they are employing!

Ordered on the app, checked the meal before leaving as half was missing, rest was cold. Got replaced but wish I'd checked the rest. Got back to the hotel and the drink was the wrong one and only half full, also the veggie rice box was just salad no rice at all. Terrible meal, won't use again.

It’s a dirty place. I was workers were putting their hands in their hair and scratching their necks and serving customers without watching hangouts.

1 disgusted by worker cleanliness.

3 good waiting time was too long and the served food was cold.

I suggest avoiding this place if you are looking for clean hot fresh chicken.

Sorry KFC Cardiff, but I am giving up KFC now. Dirty and disgusting no management at all.
