KFC Merthyr Tydfil - Cyfartha Retail Park

My friend that was driving ordered drive through but was told "one order per car" so I had to walk in.

I ordered a zinger stacker with no lettuce and despite being made fresh, my fillets were only slightly warmer than cold, I could tell it was not the normal quality just buy looking at it, the splat of sauce looks like it was thrown in the box from the far side of the kitchen and there was not enough heat in the fillets to melt the cheese.

Didn't have time to go in complain as this was a works lunch break and we had to get back on the road, I'll just avoid this KFC in future.

Never had to wait this long before at a KFC. Was told to park up and wait after going through the drive through. They forgot about our order and then the food was warm, not hot. Still edible, but was too hungry to wait for it to be recooked. Unusually bad.

What can I say. We love KFC but our last few visits have been so problematic I don't think we will return. Problems with the self serve machine AGAIN. And staff who just don't communicate with each other. Our order included a bottle of pop when I enquired they say it we don't have any but the extra gravy u ordered was free. Except when I checked my receipt it wasn't. So when we asked, the manger was called and was really confused even tho the person who told us this was standing next to him! Turns out they did have bottles of pop!!! Long story short we left finally with our rapidly cooling food and bottle of pop!!

The restaurant is run by kids who stand around chatting. We ordered on the app, used the drive through as it was raining hard, and we were told online ordered required us to go inside. I did just that and asked the cashier if the drive through can’t in fact serve online orders. He said they’re supposed to, but shrugged it off. Lazy staff, lots of drinks/food out of stock but you can still order them on the app, staff constantly apologising about wait times and lack of stock.

Be very cautious eating here. The wings we ordered came out pink. When we complained to the staff who didn't seem to care about food poisoning we were told it was marinated to give the chicken that amazing pink look. Luckily we didn't eat any.

Ordered 10 piece bucket got 8 ordered 6 fries got 3 no drinks at all ordered 6 sides got 2. I will never order from them again really poor. Spent £30 got £10 of food.

Food was good and quick service. Only complaint was that the floors (particularly in the toilets) were very slippery, they seemed almost greasy.
Visit was good, made even more interesting by the fact my waters broke... Could the spicy wings have triggered labour?!? 😂😂

Asked for two twister wrap meals with no sauce. Asked for gravy. No gravy. Asked for coleslaw. No coleslaw. Asked for two corn on the cobs (hurraaaa) they have corn on the cobs.

Asked for a receipt off the not so pleasant stressed "lady" lady didn't know how to change the receipt roll, someone else did, same lady didn't know how to find my order for a re print. Finally got a receipt and my order.

Got home, order not all there (no corn on the cobs) food cold, wraps no salad mix, not the correct spec for chicken.

Clearly issues with stock, staff training and attitude.

Get it together.
