McDonald's

Nice welcome and good customer service, but really disappointed with our food! Ordered 1 × Big Tasty with Bacon meal with Toffee Latte and 1 × BBQ Big Tasty with Bacon meal and Toffee Latte. Sat down and opened our burger boxes to find most of the lettuce, onion, tomato and bacon half in the burger and half in the box! Started putting our burgers back together and noticed the lack of bacon in our Big Tastys with BACON!! We both had 2 measly, thin pieces of bacon, what was worse was that there was more fat on the bacon rasher than bacon!! McDonald's charge extra if you want the Big Tasty with Bacon, which we wouldn't mind, if they actually put bacon in them!! Charged almost a quid extra for opting for a Bacon Big Tasty as opposed to a normal Big Tasty and they only throw (quite literally) 2 fatty pieces of what's supposed to pass as streaky bacon!! Come on McD's!!! Not sure if it was just this store or if all McDonald's shaft you on the Bacon Big Tasty's?? Burgers were cold and thrown together to add to the already disappointing bacon situation!!

Great little Pitstop. Good that it has ipads for kids and a small play area whilst waiting for the grub. Usually clean but can be a bit messy at busy times and they love to run out of sweetners but get them back in a day or two. Kids chairs and the best thing for me is a great amount of seats with plug sockets for laptop working. Quick fast food. Three hour parking (don't go over as they do issues parking charge notices) staff friendly and the food is cheap and so is the coffee!

Pit stop for breakfast I my way up north. Ordered double sausage n egg mcmuffin, received a triple! Lovely coffee and a tasty hash brown.

Been here mostly every morning for my coffee as I'm working up here, unfortunately I have been made to wait a minimum of 15minutes every time, they tend to concentrate on the drive thru before actually serving walk ins. Still good coffee but cold by the time I get it.

Very busy, which is a good sign but queuing up for Drive through took a while.
Very sullen young lady took my order and acted as though she couldn't be bothered.
Quarter pounder with cheese meal was the size of a normal burger and I don't know if a Big Mac is supposed to have cheese in it or not, but it did last night.
Very disappointed that when I went to order the Festive Pie, I was told that they weren't serving it yesterday. It's only on the menu for a very limited time period so I'd expect it to be available during that time.
Food was also cool not even warm. Because of the cues I was not inclined to go back to get a warmer version of what I'd ordered.

Go at certain times of day and the chips are not, the nuggets not hot and the cola has lost its full fizz.. remember its not all the time just at certain parts of the day pref when they have a business lull of customers and food just waits there for consumption... yet still should be steaming hot for every customer... other than that my fav is the big tasty...is awesome

One rude staff member on the second window. Cold latte. Well what should of been a latte. Cold chips. Asked for the sauce we order then walked away came back with a handful of sauce. Did not even give eye contact. Just put his hand out window. No offer of sugar for hot drinks. Or straws for the cold drinks. All the staff member said was here u r.

Waiting by the till for 5 minutes for a cash transaction, only to be told that i need to order on the self service machine, then cancel my order and pay at the till! Absolutely pointless and a waste of valuable time! Better off going to Burger King much faster and better food
