LOVED the staff and LOVED the cars they were selling! I went in on the off chance that I would be able to part exchange my Renault for a Fiat 500, and I could not only afford a Fiat 500 but walked away with a Fiat 500L - which I love! The guys in there are so friendly and seem to be a great team. The manager made an appearance and said hello to me- very nice man. So happy with my new car, and so pleased with the company. Will return!

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Jamie at MotorVogue Kings Lynn. He went above and beyond to ensure our experience was a happy one, the transaction was seamless and our new car was perfect. Communication was excellent throughout. We are so happy with our new Jeep Wrangler and couldn't have asked for more. Thoroughly recommend these guys.

How comes when you buy a car, they are all over you like a rash, can't do enough for you, but after having the car for a year how customer care changes in a flash. So un helpful, so miserable ( that might be because it was a Monday morning) but no excuses.
Had problems with our Fiat500x transmission took it in, while there they did a service and mot and a new battery, also wire behind drivers seat it was hanging down could they look at that too, but we went to pick up car up on the Tuesday, no friendly faces miserable faces, also said they didn't have time to wash car what a surprise! absolutely disgusting especially how much we spent that day with them. Will never go back there in a hurry, not helpful one bit.!

Top notch customer service from Chris James and the team at Motorvogue Kings Lynn. I part exchanged my Jeep Renegade for a pre-owned Jeep Renegade PHEV and Chris conducted the sale in an attentive, courteous and professional manner. On the day of the handover, the vehicle was presented in excellent condition both inside and out. Chris and his Manager Paul went through the operations of the car and setup the uConnect (Infotainment) system so that it seamlessly connected with my mobile phone. Chris then took the time to contact me the following day to enquire if everything was ok with the vehicle after I had collected it from the dealership.
The Motorvogue dealership at Kings Lynn has a clean and welcoming environment with multiple showrooms for the various brands of vehicle supplied by the franchise. Everyone I encountered within the showroom offered exceptional customer service and were obviously keen to provide assistance.

Unfortunately I have to give a poor review to this garage. They may be busy but if previous work they completed was part of an MOT failure then I would expect an apology and refund. As work was going to take a while, consideration and possibly access to a courtesy car would have been helpful. This wasn’t a first visit as they had received a substantial amount of money in the past year from work on the car, so a degree of customer service would have been good. Being told that putting on a new tyre ‘may be completed by the end of the week, ‘ was an indication that we were not considered a valued customer. We decided to take our custom elsewhere. Interesting notice on the wall…. (Considering we have never had the car returned to us, washed. )
Update: another garage (reputable) has quoted substantially less for the same work…I would recommend going elsewhere !

From the first conversation on the forecourt the service and help I received in buying my car was excellent. Matt showed us several cars, he was patient, explained the difference between each model and went out of his way to find out more information about available models not on the forecourt. In just a few days the car was delivered to me , in pristine condition, with all the paper work explained. Thank you to Matt, an excellent level of service.

hello people, i would like to say i had a good experience with motorvogue, i get not all sale;s people have a great reputation, but i found this dealership very friendly, polite and not pushy at all. i found a car on auto trader, i was contacted via email to say i will be called shortly, to then i was dealt with a lovey man called matt, who went out of he's way to get me to see this car, we had just come back from holiday and the last thing i wanted to do was drive another 1.5 hours, although i really wanted to see this car, i was to tiered to drive, so matt went out of he's way and drove this car to me within days of our first phone call. i found matt very charming, polite and i feel he was completely honest with me, told me lots about the car, answered all questions i had asked, i took the car for a test drive, whilst matt valued my car for trade in, i was offered a good price for my car, but i decided not to trade with motorvogue and give my car back to suzuki where i bought it from, to save hassle for all involved. after i had a test drive, i fell in love with the car, and i told matt that i would indeed want to buy it, matt bless him that had to drive this car back 1.5 hours to motorvogue, where i received my call to make sure i was going ahead with this car as i am sure they get a lot of people who change there mind. matt was quick to get things sorted, kept me in the loop at all times to what to expect, what was happening, and even arranged delivery at a extra cost to me, but i wanted the car sooner rather than wait 2 weeks, so matt arranged this for me to have it sooner. i was informed when the car left the showroom. if i had any concerns i would ring the showroom and if matt was not available other members of he's team was just as helpful, most of my purchase was done over the phone or via email, i never went to the showroom, but even over the phone i had a warm helpful service, so did not need to visit the showroom. my car was driven to me within a couple of days, the gentleman who delivered it helped me to tax it, and was also very polite and helpful, i know this is there job and all, and i apologise for the long review, but if like me you read reviews before you purchase something then i hope this has helped you decide to. not all salesman are pushy, i had visited 4 over the last few months before i found my dream car, i did find one to be the pushy salesman and i was not comfortable buying from them, motorvogue however left me to decide, let me have time to think,
i believe matt wanted me to make the right decision, and left me to have a good think, and i would like to say i did buy the car, and i love it, and i would like to thank all staff of motorvogue who helped me with my calls. its a shame some people have had a bad experience with these, i believe matt went out of he's way to ensure i was happy, i hope he gets many more sales like mine, to me it was a easy buy, a few calls and emails, but to him i am sure it was a lot of paperwork and hours to make sure i was happy. and i am hoping he gets a lovely bonus for the sale. i will be keeping this car. i wish anyone else buying a new car, the same easy transaction i had. all the best people and motorvogue.

Bought my first car here and the service was absolutely brilliant. Chris James talked me through the whole process and even stayed behind after closing to made sure I secured the car the same day. The car was then serviced and MOT before I took it home which made me feel very safe and secure.
