Lipscomb Fiat Canterbury (Cars & Vans)

On arrival I was seen promptly. I explained the problem I had with the car I then took the hired car and left. In about 2 hours I received a call saying they were unable to find any fault with the car. I returned and was asked by the technician to show the problem I was having with the car. It turned out there was no problem. I had simply forgotten how to operate dashboard displays correctly. The staff showed great patience . I was not charged and payed a small sum for the petrol used in the hire car. Excellent customer service.

Fantastic customer service from Lipscomb Fiat Canterbury! Right from the start, when I purchased our new 500E last year, I could tell that customer service is very important at Lipscomb Canterbury and this has continued throughout this last year. The first service, software update and mats replacement were all done this week in a very efficient and customer friendly way. I'd especially like to call out Nick, Mark and Dan for their help and customer care.

Lipscomb Fiat fixed my car very quickly when it was towed into them with a faulty handbrake. My only comment would be that if I'd known that it was going to be worked on that afternoon/evening, I wouldn't have rearranged my diary for the following day. As it was I received a call at 9 am to say it was ready to collect which was great to hear

They arrived promptly in the morning to collect my car as I had opted for the collection from home service for £20, my car was serviced and returned back to me all washed, perfect such a great service. Thank you
