Just tried to call in and book a service for my car. It was the most unhelpful experience. The person handling the call had zero customer service skills and didn't event attempt to try to help me or pretend she's trying. I ended up withdrawing my booking and taking it elsewhere.

Wilsons were helpful, responsive and had my new car looking perfect and ready to go when I needed it. Syed was attentive and made the process simple and easy!

Other than the convenience and choice of cars, I really don't know why I bother going back to this place, but most definitely won't be again. Lots of ers, ums and not sures from the young man who took me on my test drive of one of the MG SUVs, which considering I needed a bit of convincing on this brand of car was not overly reassuring. Even then, I had to test drive a different model as the one I was hoping to try the battery had died but they could jump start it if I wanted lol 😆. Now considering I had been in the day before and went through my finance plan with Mr super salesman Miahan I think his name was, he said he could do me a deal that work out less per month than what I was currently paying and to come back the next day to test drive on of MG MS exclusives 21 plate. Oh and I forgot to say that this was after waiting half an hour for them to track down my current vehicle on the finance files, as the salesman I used last time had given the finance company the wrong number plate. However, long story short, they miscalculated my finance package which was now going to cost me far more than my current plan, the car I wanted to test drive had a flat battery, the test drive guy didn't have a clue and Mr Super Salesman Mihan or not so Super, messed up and waisted 3hrs of my time. I honestly walked out of their showroom, feeling like I had come out of a saloon bar and waiting to jump on a horse rather than driving away in a car.

Several vehicle brands share same location although well separated to avoid confusion - although navigating to your brand can be a challenge if you're not as aware at outset!
Good experience (coffee whilst waiting was v good) on day but on reflection the end to end process, in the days/weeks after the first visit, was not as quick, efficient & stressfree as previous experiences of buying.
