Very efficient servicing but at the moment it's a pain if you have to wait around for your vehicle as there are only four chairs and little else in the way of facilities!

I went into fiat the same day as I passed my test. Jonathan came and discussed the 2 cars I was interested in. I took one for a test drive the afternoon after passing my test that morning. He was really relaxed and made the whole thing a breeze. Unfortunately as I am a first time driver Insurance is very expensive and the car I was looking at didn't fit in my budget even with all Jonathans hard work.
If anyone is looking for a fiat then I would recommend going and visiting him. Thank you so much Jonathan.

Very poor aftersales. They made a mistake with the paperwork (wrong name on V5C) and despite me going in three times and ringing twice they never bothered to sort it. Neither admin or the sales manager ever returned calls or rang when they said they were going to. Wouldn't use again.

One star is too much for Preston fiat. I bought a doblo and told them about a misfire it had, and they couldn't find it. I offered to drive it to show them the fault but they declined due to covid. When covid was no longer an issue, they were not interested. I cannot recommend these people. I was told that I wasn't entitled to a replacement vehicle and when I spoke with fiat in Italy about the misfire and the lack worthwhile help they asked me if I wanted to open a case against Preston fiat, I said no, I'd had enough of any more messing around with them. Once you've paid your money, they don't care.

Still an awful company. Avoid at all costs. Only one review so far as all the others have been removed , probably a new website due to the embarrassment of customer opinions. Nothing wrong with fiat vehicles but this company is awful once the keys have been handed over.

Talk to Shenaz she is amazing. Lovely attitude and so kind and helpful nothing was too much trouble for my elder mum.
