Got the Bolection installed and its stunning. They arranged a great installation company for the mantel. Bit of a mix up on the delivery, but were on top of it and got everything sorted. Friendly bunch too.

Not impressed with the owners customer attitude to me today. I visited to go ahead with a quote I had earlier but the owner said it couldn’t be done. When I called back he told me to go elsewhere and cut me off. What a rude, pompous man. He does not deserve my business which would have been substantial or anybody else’s

We had a beautiful stove and surround fitted by EF. The service was really excellent: good advice, responsive, friendly and just easy to deal with. Totally recommended.
