Absolutely delighted with my new wood burner. The chap in the shop was very helpful, and a special mention goes to Triston from Brightside Installations and his colleague who were both terrific. Always very courteous, the room was covered in dust sheets and plastic, during the work, they were meticulous in cleaning and vacuuming up afterwards, and it was all complete within two days.

There was one minor problem, which was immediately fixed, and for that I was doubly delighted. Mistakes are always a possibility, but you can always judge the quality of service by how quickly it's resolved, and they were terrific.

Top marks for product quality (cast iron), customer service and speed. (The chimney looks like it would withstand a hurricane). Oh - and the fire itself is just superb. Love it.

David gave good advise and helped us pick the best stove for our living room. We were actually going to spend extra and get a bigger stove and David recommended a small and cheaper stove that suited the size of our room. Definitely recommend Orion Heating

Only a brief visit (otherwise I suspect it could have been 5 stars) but very knowledgeable and helpful. We have just had a woodburner installed from elsewhere (not a good experience unfortunately) and so I wish we had found this place first.

Brilliant service. Was advised by my stove installer what size burner I would need and visited Orion to have a look at their products. I had absolutely no idea of the type of burner I wanted but David was very knowledgeable and made a very daunting experience easy.

Really disappointing to be honest. Went in for a couple of things and guy in there was very reluctant to offer any advice. Love to shop local but won’t be coming back here in a hurry, Amazon would have been friendlier.
