Horrible Experience ...Piad £23 Pounds to return..I will highly recommend do not buy from them As in the event of return they do not arrange any pick up ...you have to take heavy item to post office and have to pay the charges which they don't even refund...Its cost a lot ..i end up paying £23 pounds and asked them at least refund me some amount they even don't bother to respond me...The amount i paid takes ages to get back..Waste of Time and waste of Money....Now a days even small companies on ebay offer you free return or pick up...But superior fire is just a hassle and waste of money and time

I purchased a gas fire from them. The fire is excellent and the service I had from them was also very good. The staff I spoke with were always helpful nothing to much bother.

Product arrived as expected but delivery driver left a huge wooden crate for me to dispose of. Contacted SuperiorFires and was told to get rid of it myself. Cost of disposal of large bulky items is £40 and virtually half of the cost of the item ordered.
Absolute rip off to order goods only to be left with a huge bill afterwards.
