We have had a fabulous oak beam from Grate Choice which has transformed our lounge and everyone wants to know where we bought it from and we made a great choice in choosing Grate Choice Fires and Fire Places, Newport.

Amazing customer service. The initial quote call out visit was fantatsic and informative with no pressure to buy. Then, once we chose our fireplace, we were kept up to date on the manufacturing processes and anticipated installation date. When it came to the day the team were on time as promised and fully installed a new gas fireplace, surround and down lights (with sensor on/off switch) within 2 hours! That included removing the old one and backboiler and cutting the new plinth into the carpet, drilling new electrics through the chimney and adjusting skirting boards. The workmanship was top stuff and my wife remarked on how genuinely lovely the guys were to have in our home. Honestly cant speak highly and the end product is stunning. Highly recommend.
