Premier Fireplaces has been brilliant. Julia has given outstanding customer service, advising on choice of fire/surround, giving clear dates and information, and providing superb after-installation follow up to ensure everything worked for us. The installation was very efficient and to a perfect standard. We are delighted with the new fire and glad we chose Premier Fireplaces.

We recently purchased a fire and surround from Premier Fireplaces. From start to finish Julia and Caroline could not have been more helpful! They were always at the end of the phone or an email to answer any queries or questions I had. Their knowledge and expertise invaluable. Also, a big shout out to Leon and his installation team. They did a fantastic job (extremely clean and tidy too!) and we are absolutely thrilled with the result! I cannot recommend this shop highly enough!!

We have just had a Gazco Balanced Flue fire supplied by Premier Fireplaces. The service provided by Julia was superb. We had almost decided to purchase the fire online as it was £200 cheaper but soon realised that we would not receive the 5 year warranty or technical support that purchasing from Premier Fireplaces would provide. Julia's expertise proved invaluable as our gas fitter encountered a few hitches along the way and needed frequent advice. Julia responded to our phone calls and E Mails very promptly and the fire was installed successfully.

We are delighted with the outcome and our only regret is that we didn't ask Premier Fireplaces to carry out the whole process. We would certainly recommend Julia and Premier Fireplaces to anyone seeking an excellent friendly and professional service.

I contacted Premier Fireplaces for help after being let down by another retailer over the purchase of a British Fires New Forest 1600 electric fire. Julia and Caroline couldn't have been more helpful and their advice and professionalism enabled me to order the fire I wanted and delivery was only a matter of a few days. I haven't installed the fire as yet, as the media unit where it will be installed along with the TV, is in the process of being built.
