We have just had our new heating system installed and are very pleased with the work that has been carried out. The work was completed to a very high standard and done quickly. The lads that came were very professional and helpful and tidied up after themselves. Staff were very helpful and knowledgable when helping us choose our boiler when we visited the showroom beforehand. Would highly recommend Cliftons!

Have used Cliftons of Wrexham for a few years and always find they provide an excellent service from start to finish. They are very efficient and have sorted all issues for me. I have no hesitation in recommending them for your boiler and plumbing needs.

New boiler install today. Cliftons turned up on time for both quote and install. No extra surprise charges, we paid exactly what was quoted (which was cheaper than I expected for a new boiler). Sam and John (hopefully I have your names right!) were extremely courteous, and got the job done faster than I would have thought possible. Left the install area clean, too. Very impressed with the whole service.

First time we’ve used Cliftons even though we’ve lived fairly close by for 20 years. After searching the market for a replacement Worcester boiler, Cliftons came up trumps on price but obviously their local presence and reputation was also important. As for their service in terms of initial inspection to price etc through to the installation day, all the guys were punctual and did a great job. The replacement boiler was completed by mid-afternoon and before 4pm we had received by email the immediate 10-year guarantee from Worcester Bosch group. The boiler has since been working well via the wireless thermostat. The house stays consistently warmer and the boiler runs quieter than the motor for the nearby fridge is our kitchen ! Best service ever. Paul gave a quote Dec 19 to fit a new Worcester Combi and upgrades heating system for work to be done in spring. Along came Covid 19, job delayed till end Aug. Fitters arrived with full PPE, Visors, Masks etc they completed the work with professionalism, speed with a most pleasant manner. Day and a half, work completed. At the end of each day they sanitized everything and fogged the whole house. We have every confidence in their work and highly recommend Clifton's. WELL DONE!

I have found both Paul and Lewis most helpful during the process of choice and purchase of a log burner. I am now waiting for the installation by Mark. Well done and thank you.

Poor installation of gas boiler resulting in gas leak. Following the response from Cliftons I have contacted the Utilities company who confirmed to me that a report was not left. The manger was patronising when said I was concerned that my 81 year old mother was left in a house with a gas leak due to a poor installation, the engineer asked me 4 times if paper work had been left. I am awaiting a full report regarding the installation fault. I have been trying to contact Cliftons to inform them that an unknown tradesperson was brought in without our knowledge and apologise for the accusation that they had disconnected a pipe

They were both courteous polite and efficient.
They removed all of the old header tanks, immersion heater, pipework, refitted new combi boiler
Plus new thermostat and control system
From the first call to the pre fitting survey and job completion all of which were carried out with utmost professionalism.
I would have no hesitation in recommending the Company .. First rate!
