The food quality is always good from here; the problem with this place is consistency with what you actually get.
Sometimes you order medium chips, but they don't have enough cooked chips so you just get whats left. I'd ask for the chips to be separate from your fish so that you can clearly point out there no where near a medium portion. When its in the box with the fish they think you won't notice.

I got a decent sized portion of chips today (possibly because the guy was new) but is that really a medium fish? It doesnt look any bigger than the two small ones i got a few Tuesdays ago.

I'd like to keep going back here, but it's hit and miss with how much you'll actually get.

Very disappointing meal today. Ordered through the delivery service which took around 50 mins.
Normally the fish is very nice, but the problem is portion sizes.
Portion size was no problem today, plenty of nice chips but the haddock was awful.
Bought three for myself and parents. All of our fishes were over battered and over fried.
Most of my fish wasn't even fish, but was just thick batter (top of the photo) The actual fish that you could locate tasted bland. Normally i get cod, so don't know whether it was just a poor choice to go for haddock.
Gave my mum the squits as well, so we had an interesting car ride an hour later.

I hadn't been to Seniors for over ten years after moving areas and decided to take my son back to experience it. Still great fish and chips, lovely crispy cod - tasted very fresh indeed and wasn't tough or overcooked. Great chips and well seasoned mushy peas. I wish I lived closer but will have to satisfy myself with visits when I'm back in Blackpool!

I am sorry to say that my experience today was dreadful. My family went in and sat down. A couple that came in after us were served before us. We finally got to order our food and when it came to us the chips and mushy peas were like warm at best. Usually a good experience in this restaurant but not today.

Yesterday me and my wife got the £6 deal and we have to say the fish and chips were brilliant the taste 😋 the value we got it delivered 👌 we would like to thank the staff most important

Me and my Dad stopped by on the way back home and the food was wonderful. “Best fish I’ve ever had” he says 😁. Staff who served us were very friendly and service was efficient.

What a welcoming place this is. My family go every Friday evening. I love fish and chips and this place does not disappoint. Brilliant Staff and Brilliant food.
