Brockley's Rock

Best fish and chips bar none. Would come more often, but I moved from Brockley! Bought one piece of cod & small chips. Enough for 2, so actually works out as £5 each

The fish tastes really fresh, the veggie buttered sausage is so good and the curry sauce is amazing. Staff are always super lovely! Fridays are really busy here but they do get orders out fast.

Used to be so so good, but seems to have taken a downward turn. It was very busy with the online orders today, so maybe that’s why 3 items were missing from our order and possibly why the fish and chips we did receive were swimming in grease - perhaps they’re struggling to maintain quality with being so busy?
Either way, we couldn’t eat it and requested a refund. That’s twice in a row we’ve been disappointed, so sadly won’t be going again. 🥺

Had heard a lot about Brockley’s Rock and it didn’t disappoint! I had always wanted to try a battered sausage but as a lifelong veggie had never been able to - these guys truly offer something that I’ve not seen at any other chippy. Vegan fish was great (10/10 batter), homemade tartare was banging too, large chips was plenty for three and fish was perfect. Can’t recommend enough!

Love this place, get their fish and chips quite regularly from here. They have gluten free and vegan options too, as well as homemade tartare sauce. Such delicious crunchy batter...

This must be one of the best looking fish n chip shops in the country. Ordered a fried cod and it was freshly fried after receipt of the order. It was well worth the wait of 10 minutes.

Really happy with our vegan 'fish' and chips, vegan battered sausage and regular sausage. The chips were excellent. Maybe the 'fish' had the right texture but missed a tiny but more flavour, all in all would order again!

Good taste but very less quantity of chips even though I paid for two regular packet of chips with two cods. The cods had not been fully cooked. My son did not take a bite. Village fish and chips at shortlands is so much better
