Fryers Delight

Warm, friendly atmosphere clean and bright. Staff are welcoming and friendly. Food...they do a wicked cod and chips. Haven't found any other chippy who can match them. Good variety of food to choose from. Been coming here for years and as long as they are here will continue.

This is a great little place - such a change for Wood Green. Just fancied fish and chips after going to the cinema and thought we would pop in. The staff were lovely, the food was cooked fresh, it arrived in good time and great portion sizes. Also, it is extremely clean. Four us were full up and happy for £35 - really couldn't want for more - we will definitely be going back. :-)

Chips were so so stale unfortunately. Not fresh and soft. I don’t know how that happens unless it’s been pre cooked and quickly fried off when customer orders. Wouldn’t try again. Resorted to microwave chips and that says a lot!

Edit: the battered sausage was no better. Very thin coating and dull coloured meat. Texture was slightly gritty. Again looks like it isn’t fresh.

Where do I start?....if I wanted hard chips and uncooked batter (too thick), I would have cooked it myself-Blindfold!!!!

Something so simple and delicious, you guys f-up...honestly, if you can't put the effort to cook a English dish...just leave it.

Box size container is rip-off...
Hard chips and burned crisp part is a NO-NO. Fish isn't fresh...is a sign the owner and staff don't give a f.

And customer service is down the toilet. To see the staff laugh as a woman was in distress...is my final straw-Disgusting.

Best chippy for miles. Wonderful food and service and very competitive price.

I was very disappointed in my food when I got it home. Sausage was not cook properly and chip was warm not hot Never had a problem with them before but this time it was a disappointment as i could not eat
none of it and trying to call them was very hard as they don't answer the phone.

Food was terrible, chips were soggy ad wings were crispy as hell. Asked to have food separated to make eating easier and was told if I want that the price changes, absolute joke. Avoid at all costs

Marcos fish & Chip needs to revaluate pricing structure then you may attract customers into (The Fryers Delight) frankly speaking you also need to improve your customer service skills otherwise you will lose customers. (Italiano) cashier was rude not polite or courtesy at all. I sure won't be bck in a jiffy.
