High Park Fish & Chips

First time and last time without a shadow of doubt... High Park Fish & Chips absolute rank.. The chips dry just no taste and so greasy.. The Fish small in size just absolute bland and tasteless.. The curry sauce would be best used for wallpaper paste and the sausage literally roadkill.. One would have to be high as a kite to order again and defo would say avoid this place like the black plague.

If you are into Chicken Curry Chow Mein, this is the place to get it.
I have seen some of the bad reviews and to be honest I only get the one order but I have been there many times and not been disappointed.

Been going here for a while and we don't normally have a problem. But the last couple of times they've got the order wrong. Then tonight we got another order. Got home and what a total disappointment. The chips were like Rubber and they were cold. The curry was watered down. And to top it off there was no Fried rice in the order. So I phoned up to complain and the girl on the phone didn't give toss. All she said was Oh right !!! I'm sorry about that. When I said that I was discussed with the order she said OK thanks then put the phone down. I will Not be going there again, they've well and truly lost our custom.

In the 8 years I’ve lived in Southport this has been the go to. Really nice staff. Can get extremely busy though so if you can order for collection rather than delivery. Never had a bad meal.

Yuk. Did you add a tonne of sugar to the gravy to try and disguise how tasteless it was, or something? Amnemic chips, undercooked sausage. Something so straightforward was actually quite horrible. Couldn't eat more than a few fork fulls and I did try as I was so hungry. Perhaps the one star is for - if it was raining and you were waiting for food then perhaps you wouldn't get wet for twenty minutes. But definitely not worth being there. Used to be so good as well.

Apalling slop quality. Guaranteed to give you the runs. Guaranteed to highly disappoint. Places like this give highpark a bad name. Highpark fish and chips is one of the reason people come to southport to die and not in the peaceful sense. The smell from the fried onions alone made us nearly throw up. Disgusting and not worth any of anyones money. To the owner of this buisness. Please leave this town and never come back, go back to the hole you crawled of. Thank you kindly.

Got order wrong! Sent extra pie, wrong type! Wanted pie back or would not supply further correct pie until challenged. Finally got my correct order to find I should of doubled my order as the portion sizes are stingy to say the least! Very disappointed first time customer won't be returning.
