If you go in store you have to pay online unless you have cash. The website is difficult to use and charges you 50p for ordering online. The burger and chips were delicious but unfortunately I couldn't finish it as I found a hair in my burger. My friend who ordered at the same time already had to change her chips in the shop as they had hair in them. I should have cancelled my order then.

Always buy from this Fish Plaice. The food isn't always the best but that is understandable. Staff are always nice and kind. All round great place.

Went here to collect food. The burger bun was stale. The chips tasted like cardboard and the fish was super soggy! Wouldn’t come here again, lovely staff but bad food

Beautiful food… best place in Crawley to get your fish and chips. Great friendly service. There are two Fish Plaice‘s in Crawley, and people do make mistakes between them. This one in Tilgate does amazing food. Thank you 😍

They desperately need a card machine - I had to order online while standing in the shop, and had to make two separate orders to get to the right price for the burger & chips deal I wanted… Perhaps they don’t realise most people don’t carry cash in 2022…

Perfectly cooked, nicely wrapped and not too oily. My go to place every time. Portions sizes are just right. Smaller appetite, I'd suggest the kids meals particularly the fish & chips. Shop is immaculate, food and signage well displayed.

All food arrived cold. Wife had a fish cake and a few chips as the chips were the small tiny bits, all stone cold. I had a doner kebab and again stone cold. This place has gone downhill very fast we will definitely not recommend to even our worst enemy.
