The food was really bad the fish wasn’t crispy i said extra sauce next to it they put the sauce on top of the chips and the fish plus there was no forks had to eat them by hand and 10min late through the most of the food away

We were both a bit disappointed here. The chips were undercooked so were still full of oil which was a pity as they'd have been nice fully cooked. The pizzas weren't great. My partner left all the chicken because it was brown chicken rather than the white you'd find elsewhere. I just found the bread, cheese and meats all lacked any flavour in honesty. Sorry, but couldn't recommend.

Great place with lots of selection, regular discounts on food, sometimes buy 1 get 1 free, tastes great

they upgraded my pizza from 10 to 12 inch for free!

delivery can be tedious as they have to turn on cookers as they dont usually get customers every hour

Doesn't actually exist anymore, but will still take your money for a order and you have to spend hours trying to get it back. Its now called Papillon and it looks like that isn't open either

I order food today the chips was not cooked properly and the pizza and garlic bread was burnt not order again gone down hill

To be honest I have never had an issue with this place until sunday night . I ordered as per usual it came as usual. It looked nice and presentable as usual. Until I began to eat my chips took a piece o fish put it in my mouth looked down and there it was. Someone's hair moved the fish and there was another one.i couldn't control the sickness. I tried calling but it was shut as it was really late. I called all Monday and got through to them at around 3.45. Explained the situation to the manager Mahmood who then went onto tell me he will send me another meal I said no thank you I want my money back he said o should give him back his food first and if I've eaten it I cant get my money back. No apology or ownership I understand human error but 2 hairs no thank you. I will never use this place again and will be reporting them to health and safety.

Disgusting food, used to be a good place to go don’t understand what’s happened

Chips was so oily, literally had to cover my kebab in sauce because of how dry it was. Not surprised if the next thing I get is food poisoning

The pizza are amazing, they have the nicest sweet butter tasting doh base I've ever eaten 💯👌🏻
The tomato paste stuff wasnt full of herbs and garlic either so that made it even more delicious, it wasn't spicy at all and they didn't even trick me like every other shop I've tried, the 2 gentleman in there were absolutely lovely too.
The chips were really nice, cooked in a nice flavour oil but could of done with an extra few mins cooking..
I was disappointed with the mushy peas.. They are not what I call traditional mushy peas, they are more like the tinned marrowfat peas... And the coleslaw wasn't like I expected it was more like a sour vinger fine shredded cabbage..
All in all it was well worth traveling a 14 mile round trip to buy food from here and certainly will be using again . Many thanks
