Pier Fish and Chips

Wouldn't eat there again. Under cooked strange tasting fish, soggy batter, frozen chips and cheap ketchup, I couldn't eat the fish, chips were edible. The dog enjoyed it.

We waited for quite a while for someone to take our order, even though they weren't that busy. The two guys running the till were obviously way out of their depth, with one actually admitting at one point "I have no idea what anyone has ordered". My friend that was ordering for us actually had to help them out and tell them what the people around us had ordered. The sausage was quite nice, but the chips were really undercooked. The curry sauce was also really weird tasting. Definitely avoid this place!

Zero quality. The chips are frozen and not proper chips. The fish was very poor quality. They are plenty more chip shops in local area that produce alot better quality. Places like this should not get customers with the food they serve.

Terrible value. Tasteless fish. Never have I had a fish that is thinner than the chips it’s served with. Chips are overdone and just crunch.

Terrible! £3.20 for no more than 10, what looked like, Oven chips!! The service was/is shocking too - 2 of us only ordered chips, three people behind us who ordered fish & chips were given their food well before us. The guy serving just shouts "who ordered chips...?!" Look at the bloody receipts! Use your memory, it was hardly crazily busy!!

Avoid. Go to a business that will appreciate your custom!!!

Fish and Chips are good and delicious. Fish and chips were served hot and neatly. It's good to have this while spending time on the pier. Price was reasonable and it was stomach filling.

Its the first shop on the way to pier. Its easily visible while you are entering into the pier.

Horrible, don't go here. Chips are soaked all the way through with fat. Worst chips I've ever had. This fish was very small.
The price on the menu board showed fish & chips for £7. Chips on their own priced £3.
I ordered one portion of fish & chips and also two more fish. They charged me £16. That doesn't add up right. It should be £15.

Extremely poor quality and very poor value for money. We had fish chips and curry sauce. The curry sauce was like water, I couldn't identify the fish and the chips were of the frozen variety. When you pay over £7 you expect good food. Even the seagulls wouldn't eat the chips. I ended up leaving most as it was inedible.
