Allans Family Fish Bar

I'm new to the area and cannot believe I have a fab fish and chip shop (my favourite meal) on my doorstep. Also you can choose your own portion size. Curry sauce and chips (smallest portions) cost me £1.70 which is brilliant as I have a very poor appetite; due to illness. Love it 😀

I've have visited there occasionally but not recently, so I have no idea why this review was requested?
Personally, I would have to give it zero star rating for any recent so called visit, but I have purchased from them In the past, all good. It's a recommendable food 'fish & chip' outlet that has a good reputation for its cleanliness & food. So I have to give '1' star because I've not been there recently.

I regularly visit after work; excellent food, friendly service, just all round a fantastic classic chippies. Very recommended!

Great services, very tasty food. Irish curry sauce is on point

Excellent fish and chips cooked fresh. I enjoyed a piece of Cod, chips, mushy peas and Irish curry on the side. Very tasty food and great service, definitely worth a try.

Food spot on service is slow even when ur the only customer otherwise great

Very nice fish(Cod) & chips light & crispy batter, nice chips . Not greasey. Left no grease on the tray when we had finished. Big portions value for money & great service too.
