Mr Chippy (Traditional Fish & Chips & Kebabs)

These great reviews must have been left by the owners relatives. By far the worst food I've ever had delivered. As if the food weren't bad enough and the delivery driver claimed he couldn't give the 80p change from a £20 note.. When we complained, they wouldn't replace the terrible fish and chips. Child's Cheeseburger almost made her sick. And items were left out of the order.They refused a refund and their customer service is pathetic!

I wish I had read the reviews b4 I ordered food last night. The food was inedible, I had cod and chips, but it wasn’t cod, dont know what it was but it stunk, lots of bones aswell, the chips was all ends and very skinney, fruity curry sauce was like water, was very disappointed as it wasn’t cheap either, also had a mixed kebab, the mint sauce looked gone off, the meat was awful. I highly recommend NOBODY orders food from here and they won’t refund us any money back either, not happy at all 😡😡😡

Absolutely disgusting food , chips weren't even chips they're were all smushed together, chesse burger was rank couldnt even hold it bread was dripping in sauce and grease. the burger it self was full of fat and tasted horrible and the onion ring were also dripping in oil and were tough 🤮

Absolutely shocking service. I ordered around 8pm and didn't have the food until an hour and a half later. When I received the food, there were items missing and when I phoned the shop to tell them, the worker put the phone down on me and was very rude. I received my missing items and it was very undercooked. I then had to drive down to the shop (while i had already paid for all of the food to be delivered) and the worker was still very rude and refused to give me any sort of refund and was still continuously rude. I finally did get a small amount of money back but still not happy.

We ordered from here for the final time last week. Every so often the service is OK...but then there are very bad days. The biggest problem is usually portion size and this time was no exception... We had two chicken curry with rice, neither of which were a full portion. There was more food in our daughter's kids meal. There was also a portion of chips missing...and all of it was cold. But the best part was the state of the food... We can only assume the delivery driver was in fact a stunt driver, because both curries had lost all their sauce which had emptied into the bag and then filled the tray containing my doner kebab AND the kids meal. Needless to say, the meal was ruined... Sorry Mr Chippy, but you lost a customer. I don't recommend this place, especially if you are very hungry because you are not guaranteed to eat the food that turns up, which after a 90 minute wait could mean it is too late to order from another takeaway!

Second meal in a row, chips rock hard, chicken kebab wrap like mush, Madras curry like water ...will not be ordering again from Mr Chippy...photo below looks like road kill
