Farnborough Branch - Not going to say too much about the place as I don’t want anyone to go there, want it all for myself.
Had an issues with membership, spoke to Scott …. Sorted straight away
Scott even remembered my name the next time I saw him, great customer service…Thanks m8

Great gym and great value. Just passing through and had to visit. Urgently need one of your gyms in Weymouth. Yes you've opened in Dorchester but in my opinion you would be very successful with a central location in town. Many units free. The old boots site would be ideal. Prices in Weymouth are ridiculously high in a low paid area. Please pass on to your Directors to research.

Good gym. Massive variety of equipment. Brilliant app. Gym is laid out so even when busy, I've not had to wait to use equipment - plus,if equipment ever goes wrong, there's always multiple pieces of it to back it up. Very well maintained gym.

Was a 1 star for no hack squat machine. Hack squat machine is now there as is the 5 star review.

Decent gym for a decent price. Quite crowded on workdays at 5-7pm. I like that I can check the gym capacity through the app, although be wary that with capacity above 60% you'll definitely need to wait in a queue to use a machine or a weight at least once or twice. The feedback below is based on me hitting the gym at peak times, I'm sure it's much more enjoyable during quiter hours.

Not enough barbells and not much space to do deadlifts.
Good variety of machines and I noticed some new machines appearing in the past year which is a good progress, but no hyperextension bench for some reason. Shouldn't be that expensive to get one? There is a hyperextension machine, but can't do twisted hyperextensions, or other variations with that.
Only one ab bench, why not have another one?

I'd suggest to add more dumbbells in weights below 20kg as they are the most commonly used. There are only 2 sets of each weight and it's pretty common to see folks (including myself) wondering around searching for the weights the need.

Obviously some gym goers workout too hard to return the weghts back to where they took them from which results in a bit of a chaos, but I'd expect staff to be checking that once in a while which doesn't happen at all to my surprise. Half the time I see the staff they are either in the office, talking/working with a client (which is ok) or just hanging around. Could use their time more effectively to improve everyones experience. Just do a walk around the gym to check if everything is okay every 10-20 minutes, give some advise to people who are dropping weights or the newbies who don't know what they are doing. A bit of ownership from the staff of your gym would be very much welcomed.
