I really struggle with motivation and confidence to go to regular gyms and because of this my fitness has deteriorated over the last 3 years.
Working with Graham is getting me fitter and all I have to do is leave my front door and he's parked up outside.
It's building my confidence in myself; he never makes me feel bad for being unfit, he's patient and and persistent which is exactly the approach that works for me. Also being around such a happy and motivated person definitely rubs off on you!

I highly recommend Graham. I have been training with him for nearly a year and I can honestly say each session is different, challenging but I’m left with a sweaty smile on my face after.
Since training with Graham I have lost a dress size and I’m stronger and more confident in myself.
I appreciate his honesty and he always believes in my ability to do better and push harder.
I feel like training with Graham was a perfect fit for me, I felt nervous and too out of shape to go to gym. But this was a great solution and the perfect balance between flexibility and consistency that I needed.
With Graham you will have a positive, no judgment and motivating environment to train and just to give it your best.

After years of struggling with exercise and mental health problems, I finally forced myself to get a pt. I struggle a lot with anxiety but Graham is fantastic, supportive, but knows when to push you really hard and is patient teaching correct techniques, even when I'm tired and try to take the piss. Sessions are tuff but fun and you will come away smiling, feeling better than you have in years (if a little sore) and like you've had a laugh at the same time. Really can't recommend enough, I had a love hate relationship before I started with Graham, now I look forward to my workout.

I found Graham online when searching for a personal trainer in my area. I had several slightly odd/scary interactions via text and phone call with other PTs, but when Graham called me something about him just seemed right! It took me a few days to decide if I could go ahead with hiring a PT at all (I’m a poor student!) but Graham didn’t put any pressure on at all. We did a video call to meet before our first session which really solidified my positive feelings about hiring him. It has now been 6 weeks of training and I love (nearly) every minute! I have a bad relationship with exercise, a lot of which is to do with my ADHD, but every session with Graham has been challenging but fun, varied but not too confusing and overall has made me feel like I CAN be fit and healthy for the first time in about 15 years.
The gym in a van he uses is brilliant. Whatever the weather, you can work out with plenty of space, all the equipment you need, and great music and funky lights too! I don’t ever want to go back to a ‘normal’ gym again!
I would highly recommend Graham as a PT. He’s easy-going, strict enough but never pushy, and he knows so much about fitness that I learn new things every session. If you’re looking for a trainer… he’s the man.

Graham has been extremely helpful in not just my exercise routines but in additional dietary questions, he gives me the drive to want to push further. He's been super accommodating, and made me feel quite comfortable in his stationaryand mobile settings. I truly reccomend Graham as a trainer! 👍

My husband and I have been training with David@MobileGym since January 2021. He kept us sane during lock down with his bespoke training plan over zoom and more recently in his mobile Gym. Coming to us is brilliant, so convenient and it’s really kept us in a good routine. Dave's very good a making sure we both get what we need individually even though we train together twice a week and we feel so much better for doing this regular exercise.
You couldn’t meet a nicer person and there’s a good bit of banter.
I’ve never been very good at going to the gym but now we both really look forward to or training sessions.

I contacted Graham after getting a great recommendation as I needed to get into some sort of better shape in time for my wedding. We came up with a schedule that suited us both really well.
Graham put me to work but without too much pressure of doing anything I didn’t think I could, but in the same way he pushed me knowing I could do it.

We dropped my weight and changed my body shape and my mindset and I will be forever thankful for the knowledge and confidence he passed on. We had a great laugh whilst getting on with the serious business. Highly recommended by me for sure.

I have trained with David Hogg for many years and he has helped me achieve my goals. The mobile gym brings so much flexibility to the routine of training and completely cuts out commuting time. Absolute winner in my book, especially when free time comes at a premium. Best John
