This Gym is quite midium sized, with lots of assisted weight machibes and cardio equient.

There are stairs that lead to an area set for floor/warm up excircise. The 'core' warm up mates available look very old and warn - and needs updating.

Although the machines are all clustard close together, there is enough room to easily move between them.
Finally l liked the water fountain in between both changing rooms, however there is a high step going down onto main floor, with really should have yellow guide tape along the edge. As it is easy to trip up/down if you are not expecting it.

This is a great gym, the gym staff are friendly and love the classes. Clean gym and has AC and good music on.

Nice, friendly gym. Good for beginners due to the welcoming environment.

Wanna give a big shout to one of the trainers Harold, absolutely class worker

For the price it's the best you can get. There's enough equipment for a great workout, good facilities and changing rooms. Some of the equipment can get dirty and I feel like should be cleaned better. But as I said, can't complain in the slightest.

The gym is decent. Started with my girlfriend a month ago and we go almost every day.

While some people may think that the gym is limited, I think that with the amount you pay per month for the basic membership, you get more than any other gym in the UK. Basically, you get what you pay for.

The equipment is good enough for what we’re doing. It’s sad that they got rid of the seated calf raise machine and would be good to have an incline barbell bench press as well as a seated shoulder press bar. At the moment, I’m using dumbbells to do those two exercises.

Keep in mind that the handles of the machines are slightly thicker than what you may expect from another gym. While in pushing exercises this doesn’t really matter, but in pulling exercises like the Lat Pulldown, you may see a slight discomfort but as your grip strengthens, you’ll get more comfortable.

The classes are alright too. We tried a few so far and while we enjoyed them, I think it would be better if there were harder classes for abs and more classes throughout the week. Other than that, we’re are pretty happy with what we have.

There’s a body composition scale too, which you can use once a month for free with the basic membership, something I haven’t seen from another gym gym I used to go in my uni.

Overall, I’m pretty happy with everything so far. We will keep going to this gym for as long as we stay in the UK. Glad that the Gym operates in this area.

Marketing themselves as a new way to exercise. Affordable, high-spec gyms for anyone's
starting point this offering not so expensive-monthly-contract gym. There is free parking for the first hour but make sure you enter your number plate for anything longer. During the day hours, there a few gym instructors available. Thee is optimal extra for the membership and can check it via your pin or phone as well. Gym equipment is of decent standard

Love this place, like a home from home. Staff are so knowledgeable and kind. Great equipment and not too expensive on the pocket.

Well equipped clean gym with helpful staff. Membership is easy to apply for and can be suspended if needed. Works out quite cheap for up to 4 other gyms to use as well.
