I was in a bike crash and lost some of the mobility in my shoulder. Through hard work and regular workouts with Rachel, the mobility in my shoulder has vastly improved as has my strength and fitness – all of which has helped my cycling enormously.

Spending a regular hour with Rachel in the gym is a great investment. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Rachel is very knowledgeable, understanding and great company– the perfect personality for a personal trainer I reckon!

Thank you very much Rachel. You are a superstar!

If you’ve ever considered personal training, I can recommend Rachel at Mounter Fitness. I’ve been seeing her twice a week for almost a year and I feel incredible.

I used to get shin splints when I ran, I struggled with stitches, was incredibly out of breath, ridiculously sweaty, and could barely manage a full run section, let alone the brisk walking.

Now I can run consistently with no shin splints, no stitches. I’m astonished by how much my fitness levels have improved thanks to Rachel, which is an added bonus to dropping inches and feeling stable enough in my mood to come off my anti-depressants. I’m also quicker on my bike and feel generally fitter all in all.

Someone who hadn’t seen me since August 2021 noticed how much slimmer I look. To say I am chuffed is an understatement.

Seeing Rachel has been the best investment I’ve made for my health and wellbeing. She gives me routine and focus and if you’re wondering whether to do the same, I would have no doubts it will change your life, as it has mine.

I really enjoyed my PT sessions with Rachel. She understood my goals and explained how each of the exercises contributed to those goals. I saw the results in a couple of weeks which was great and helped motivate me.
I'd recommend Rachel for PT (and her classes) for any level and for whatever goal you are looking to achieve. Thanks!!

Rachel has been so consistent, encouraging and challenging with me. I really enjoy my PT sessions with her - I've made lots of progress over the weeks and months with hwr and I have seen my body change and become stronger and that's down to her advice and guidance. I've not only noticed physical benefits, but it's been great for wellbeing too. Thanks Rachel!!

Rachel is quite simply the best PT I’ve worked with. I’ve had studio and zoom sessions with her for 18 months and can really see the difference in my general fitness, strength and flexibility. Rachel is friendly and fun, encouraging and challenging, and takes time to understand me so our sessions are really “Personal” Training. Thanks Rachel!

I have been training with Rachel for over a year now, she has remained my constant. Over lockdown by altering her business model to keep her clients on track. She is always looking at ways to motivate you.
Its just like meeting up with a friend to exercise with, she pushes you but the right amount. She makes me want to on track, because I know if I don't have PT - the next session will hurt !!
Personable, professional and very knowledgeable.

Rachel has really helped and supported me with my fitness levels. She is always encouraging and works hard to keep the sessions varied, no two sessions are ever the same. She is professional, well organised and takes a genuine interest in her clients' progress, but most of all she is a lovely person to work with. Thanks Rachel.

Rachel is a really good personal trainer - the right combination of pushing you to achieve more and encouraging you along the way. She is very motivating and professional, and the setup of the studio makes it ideal for a wide variety of different classes. I have been training with Rachel for several months and, in that time, no two classes have been the same, other than that they were hard work! At the start, she listened to what my goals were (mainly cardio health) and has tailored each class to achieving that goal. Perhaps more importantly, I have enjoyed each class and feel fitter and healthier than I have in many years. Highly recommended. Thank you, Rachel.
