Be Military Fit

Absolutely love it. I go several times a week. Great way to keep fit and have fun at the same time. Much better then a gym, it's basically like having your own trainer

A fantastic way to get fit! It's hard but it's worth it, it's made a real change to my overall fitness. It's also a lot of fun (if you don't mind a bit of mud!)
