If you’re like me, you feel that going to the gym is daunting and you have no idea what to do; go to FitUnion. Ben has been instrumental in me learning to enjoy working on myself and I’ve learnt loads. Great atmosphere, friendly members and ample equipment for beginners like myself.

Ben will walk you through anything you need when you join, never felt like I couldn’t ask a question!

Exactly what I was after. Local non commercial gym. Bigger and better than it looks from the street and more to come. Something for everyone, age, ability or goals. The gym is very well equipped with any training requirements.
And most of all it has the personal touch, run by a local enthusiastic lad who will go out of his way to ensure you feel comfortable. He's always around for any help or advice whenever needed. He's a credit to his business and this is what makes this gym the one you should join.
