Rectified a previous issue with a faulty carpet due to a manufacturer fault. Tom provided excellent customer service the first time we brought our carpet and on dealing with him on the second occasion too. Our fitters were also lovely and I would not hesitate in recommending again! Thank you.

Great selection and excellent value for money at Tapi, Great Yarmouth. We were very pleased from when first entering the store to the final fitting of our carpets. The salesman, home estimator and carpet fitters were extremely friendly and helpful. We will certainly be back when the time arises and recommend to anyone seeking value for money and a professional service to make a beeline straight to Tapi.

I’ve used the Gt Yarmouth store twice in the last few weeks. Both times the staff have been really friendly and helpful. This time the carpet I needed was out of stock. There was only a huge remnant of it. I purchased this and Dale was kind enough to allow me to cut the carpet down to size before transporting it. Great customer service guys 👍💪

Tapi Carpets more than exceeded my expectations. Every aspect was professional and enjoyable. Chris Bales welcomed us in store and was patient and helpful despite our late in the day visit. So many carpets to chose from and I was clueless really as to what I wanted and was most suitable. Together with colleague Jamie we received the best advice on what was most practical for use on stairs and cat friendly. No hard sell to get us to buy the most expensive product so the Tapi team earned my trust and I would not hesitate to use them again. The fantastic service didn’t stop there. The fitters Kieran and Andrew were absolutely brilliant. I have never met more polite and helpful lads. Chuffed to bits with our new carpet and service we received. Thank you so much

Good service and very helpful. Prices are good as they include fitting and many others don't. We searched all over Norwich and Yarmouth but ended up back at Tapi because they offer a quicker fitting than others could provide (one couldn't fit till December, Tapi can do this month).
Good selection of floor coverings but they could do with more choice of vinyls as others do have more but because of the reasonable prices, we were able to choose one that we liked.

Excellent service in store when choosing two carpets for lounge & study. Friendly knowledgeable and prompt response to queries following on. Fitters came today.Very professional and the fitting was superb. Exceptional highly recommend. Delighted with the service from Tapi.
