Tapi Carpets & Floors

Yesterday we visited Tapi Carpets & Floors Exeter for the first time as we were interested in one of the luxury vinyls for our kitchen and utility. We were assisted by a very helpful gentleman called Roland who spent much time, very patiently helping to make the correct choice which we did and we met the store manager called Dan who was also very helpful. Today we have been back to the store and selected a super product for our living room and dining room and again were looked after by Dan. Brilliant service, lovely store. Will definitely visit again before too long. Thank you.

Great service from the team at Exeter and very helpful in measuring up the room, the day of the fitting went really well and carried out an amazing job. will highly recommend and definitely be using again!

Dan could not have been more helpful with the purchase of flooring for the whole house, we had some issues with our completion date and it was pushed back with a weeks notice and Tapi were very accommodating. Lee the fitter had to work evenings and did an amazing job! Thank you Tapi!

First time using this company and will never be using again. Poor customer service. Mis sold flooring by one of the salesman who adviced us to order 2 boxes when not even 1 box was needed. When asking for a refund we were told only
50% would be issued. Never herd anything for a week so desided to phone up asking when it will be delivered. We were then told item was out of stock and we should expect it in 2-3 weeks. Aiden the store manager never offered any apology, very unprofessional.
