Went in Friday with rough measurement and saw Andy and he was excellent helped us choose a carpet and gave us a rough price from our measurements. Came out to our house the next day to take accurate measurements and give us a final price. Excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Nice and relaxed- no pressure from over keen salesmen, just knowledgeable, friendly staff who wanted to help.
The price was competitive, quality of carpet is superb and we arranged fitting to suite my timescale.
Fitters were quick, polite, tidy and did a great job.
My new bedroom floor looks amazing!

Got a carpet for delivery a particular day which was agreed almost 2 weeks before the day only for the delivery not to show up on that day. No communication or nothing. We had to call to find out what was going on only for them to tell us they will deliver it days after the delivery date we paid for. Poor communication.

Update: There was a mix up in the company apparently and the order eventually arrived on our expected date even though a bit late. I can’t recall getting an email update on the delivery process. In terms of product, product is beautiful and quality. Kudos on that part.

Exceptional service and quality. Visited the Aylesbury store and met Graham for some info. Had the measurer round who did a grand job. Got really.good advice on type.of carpet and underlay. No hard sell and they even suggested to use current underlay in one room. Had G Singh team to fit today and really great. Job was scheduled for 2 days. Arrived 1300 and by 2000 all finished. Really quality guys and friendly. Left them to it whilst I went to work. Came back and a few hours later all finished and super pleased. I would highly recommend.

popped in a few weeks ago and found what we wanted and booked a measuring up. on the day ring to find out when he was turning up and no record of the booking! despite sitting there and watching the salesman book it two weeks before.
2nd place we've been to for a new carpet and are getting the run around.

The products from Tapi are good and reasonably priced.

However, use their fitting service at your own peril. They are beyond incompetent and extremely messy workers.

Good service with the chap in store but fitters we’re slightly rushed and have layed vinyl wrong so have had to contact Tapi again twice with no response so far.
