This was the second time we have had dealings with this store and again we weren't disappointed. Utterly brilliant service from start to finish. Easy online ordering, prompt and efficient response to queries, delivery as promised, friendly competent fitter - what more could you ask for?

Ordered two small pieces of lino on the 6th July and am still waiting.
When I ring them up they always say they will ring back once they have spoken to head office. Never get called back.
Last time I called I was told the manager had reordered the lino, it was never cancelled!!
Staff are never helpfull.
Phoned on Monday and was told it would arrive on the 21st September!!!
Phoned another company who are delivering on Friday.
Went down to cancel the lino this morning and was told the manager was to busy with a delivery and we would have to wait for him to finish. I said surely customer service is more important than a delivery, after three attempts refund was completed.
No apologies. Disgraceful.

The store was empty. The woman sales assistant completely ignored us wouldn't even look as us, a couple came in short time after and she approached them to help. Disgusting and rude. I waited for the male assistant and he was very good. Never have I felt so aware of myself. She needs a huge dose of customer service

If I could of given 0 stars I would of. So far I've been waiting 4 months and counting for a replacement for a faulty mattress. Every time I phone the store I'm given excuse after excuse. Two weeks ago I was told it was on the van for delivery yet I'm still waiting. A joke of a company. I would definitely take your money elsewhere. I'm getting bored of calling every week to chase this up.

Worst customer service. Rude management, especially Rob!! Very patronizing. About a week's gap between peeling the old carpet and fitting the new floor. We were assured this would be done back to back in two days, by all the staff members.
Completely ignored us once the payment was done and now after more than three weeks we went to enquire and they informed us today that it would take a whole week for the process.
The total disregard for the customer and not accommodating our needs at all. Customer service was equally unhelpful. Please avoid this store under all circumstances.

Came here a few times to see the carpets a few months back, the place is always empty and you can never find any staff to help as they are usually out back. The carpet we had initially enquired about would have taken weeks to order, so we instead went for a smaller carpet store that had a quicker turnaround time.

I'm actually quite sad with the experience I had in the Gravesend store today. I'm currently going through cancer treatment so I have no hair and the only clothes I feel comfortable in are hoodies and jogging bottoms so perhaps I don't look like a typical buyer??

My wife and I were in store looking to buy a carpet for our lounge, 2 bedrooms and landing but for over 20 minutes nobody approached us and there were more staff than customers in store. Every time I made eye contact with a staff member to try and get their attention they put their heads down or went to another customer who just entered the store so we left.

I don't know if you have a no approach rule or anything but if customers are walking around for 20 minutes looking confused about what to buy the very least you could do is say hello or ask if we're okay.

Don’t believe they are professional so they will give u good service. They r biggest cheaters.they done knife cuts all on my skirting border and all wall edges not done properly and after when I complain they said it’s because of vacuum.
