A vinyl that I wanted was no longer on offer price and had gone up half again!
The manager was amazing and gave it to me for the offer price.
I had to collect from another store and they have kindly unrolled it and rolled it again the shorter way so that it fits in the car!
I needed this by a certain date which was less than 10 days away and they managed to get it in before this date!

This was truly a first class service. Even when walking in we weren’t pounced on and given the hard sell. We were served by Kiran… who was not pushy in any shape or form, and her knowledge of carpets and fitting was second to none , which provided us with all the correct information we needed to make the right decisions. There was also a young man, sorry l didn’t get his name (who worked Saturday and Sunday’s) who was not in sales, but again was so helpful and knowledgeable and hugely patient, answered all questions and both were an absolute pleasure to meet. All this service even when looking at a “remanent” piece of carpet, which we did buy and will have no hesitation on coming right back when we need any more carpet or recommending anyone else as this is what we all want to get when making a purchase but very rarely receive. Thank you so much to Kiran and the Young Weekend Man, who were exceptional and nothing was too much. I hope both of you and your team at Carpetright have an amazing Christmas and New Year 2023.
