Very helpful nothing too much trouble even helped us to load onto roof rack and very good prices. End of roll carpets and vynil and cushion flooring as well highly recommend these guys.

We chose laminate flooring for our lounge. The owner let me borrow a couple of pieces so I could decide on colour. Their fitter did a great job. Looks fabulous.

I have bought from Hee a few times and I'm really impressed. Excellent service from knowledgeable and helpful salesmen. Great quality carpets and vinyl and excellent fitters. I personally would highly recommend Carpet Monkey.

Absolutely disgusting service. After months of chasing them to get our floor done, fitter stole money from us. Carpet Monkey refuse to take responsibility blaming the fitter. They employ them so take responsibility. Floor was left incomplete and left a mess. It’s been extremely stressful with having three children in the house and obviously now having to pay out more to get the job completed. I do NOT recommend.

Great range of flooring. Very helpful staff. Good prices. I pop in regularly for lino to go in a guinea pig enclosure and always manage to find something. Don't be put off by the scruffy approach road and industrial look of the place. If they had some flash looking store front it would be reflected in the prices.

Fantastic service. Customer service went above and beyond. We had an initial problem as there was a slight difference between the sample and the actual carpet. This was sorted immediately and another carpet was sourced without any problems. We'll done Carpet Monkey. The room is carpeted and we are happy

Carpet was absolutely perfect. The carpet fitters on the other hand were terrible. They marked all my new freshly painted walls and over charged me for fitting because they had no change! When I reported this to the manager he came out had a look at my walls and wiped them down with a wipe. When I contacted the manager again because I wasn’t happy I was told that they would buy me a tin of paint to cover the marks. Absolutely disgusting customer service. You would think a company like this would would have better customer and management services after I had spent a lot of money on my carpets. Really not happy In the way I was dealt with and I’m still awaiting a call from the manager for the second time . Carpets brilliant …… fitting and customer service diabolical
