I would like to say thank you very much for an excellent service. From help in choosing the correct floor, advice and ending up with exactly what I wanted. The fitters were very professional and tidy. I love it thank you.

If only every company could match the customer service these guys give out, absolutely exceptional. We have had issues galore from Avant homes regarding our new build and Floor Depot have been outstanding in accompaning these issues by reassuring me and my partner aswell as rescheduling our fitting with ease due to our screed taking longer to dry.

Can not give this place enough stars! Dealt with Nev and a few others (sorry I can’t remember all names) all extremely helpful , very knowledgeable about products and didn’t feel pressured into a sale which is a really pleasant change!
Purchased the moduleo layred- installed myself as a diyer. Great quality flooring at a brilliant price. Makes the room feel very luxurious and surprisingly bathroom feels warmer both generally and under the feet.
Sod’s law I was one plank short on installing. Called Floor Depot and they searched their unit for me and managed to find 1board of exact match (how lucky did I feel). Drove over to collect - thinking I’d save a bit of money now not having to buy a full pack, only for the team to give me the board for free.
Absolute hero’s!
Will definitely be returning for any of my future flooring.

Just bought a lounge carpet. They were very good and quick. Prices are better than anywhere else. Would certainly use them again. They were recommended to me and I would recommend them to others.

Got my lounge, stairs and conservatory carpets recently. Great price and excellent service. Right from help in picking out the best carpets for each room, to advise on fitting. The fitters where also excellent, did a great job and very careful of my newly decorated walls. Highly recommend.

Love this store. Very relaxed and there is zero pressure to buy. Extremely knowledgeable staff know the products well and give great advice. I wanted to fit the product I purchased myself , the fitters there were happy to give me some pointers and tips. I have been looked after well and feel valued as a customer. Very competitive pricing of a quality product. Kudos to Tim and the team .
