A Better Class Flooring

Absolutely excellent service. I got a set of great carpets for my loft conversion and stairs. I saved £600 by going with A Better Class over CarpetRight. They were really friendly and helpful, fitted the carpets on schedule and immaculately, and their prices include all underlay and grippers, unlike chain carpet stores who charge for those. If you are thinking of new carpets, get them from here, you won't regret it

From start to finish, we had an amazing service. When seeking a quote, we were told how we could SAVE money using offcuts from the roll to do a small hall and maybe part of the stairs. A small hiccup to start - which actually worked in our favour but everything after that was service above and beyond. I would highly recommend A Better Class Flooring to carpet your whole house. A great understanding of wanting to to it in parts and how to best go around it. Thank you for all your hard work. Our carpets look fantastic!

From early quotation stages all the way through to finishing the job communication is always amazing, flooring is of highest quality, reasonably priced and clean, tidy and friendly fitters. Very highly recommended, we wouldn't use anyone else, amazing work, thank you.

Terrible result – Avoid. Profit over quality. Went with ABC as a one stop shop approach despite premium, to provide re-assurance on a quality install for a very basic LVT job.

Awful experience with fitter and communications with shop, numerous false starts and heated discussions. Worst of all end result was a defective floor with ridges visible through floor due to very poor screeding and floor preparation, clearly insufficient care taken and rushed.

ABC unable to provide an acceptable resolution, i.e. getting the issues fixed or a refund. Fitter attempted initial light remedial work and then the refused to undertake further repair. ABC have washed their hands, suggesting they only ‘supply’ materials and have left me to pursue remedy with their sub-contractor directly, reneging on their guarantee. If you want a quality supply and install, try somewhere else.

Had stairs landing and 2 bedrooms carpeted at a extremely reasonable price. Fast and professional service from the team.
