Tapi Carpets & Floors

A few issues with delivery which were sorted out very fairly but can't knock the quality or price of the carpets. The staff were also very friendly and helped us out with measuring and choosing which underlays to have. Shout out to Kevin for his wealth of knowledge and excellent customer skills and Andy for sorting out our delivery issues. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Never turned up for appointment. A 1 and half hour time slot waiting around for no one to show is disappointing and shows poor customer service. Fair to say we won't be buying carpets from them!

I had a brilliant experience with Tapi carpets. Mitch was so helpful, he got me a great deal and was able to get the carpet fitted really soon! It was all so easy and I'm really happy with the carpet, it looks great. Will definitely be going back and would recommend!

We received fantastic customer service from Mitch & Martin, who went above and beyond to ensure our requirements were met. Competitively priced, shorter lead in periods than other suppliers and no compromises on quality. Overall, they made purchasing a carpet an enjoyable process.

Waiting for a fitters to turn up...no call from either the fitter or tapi today. Waited in for the time period tapi gave me and no show from the fitter so far. Waste of time.
