We recently moved into a new build house in Nantwich, and after discovering the home builders prices (and let's face it, they are always a stink), we decided we should go elsewhere, and shop local.

We happened across this shop one evening on a random walk, as we are new to the area, and went in the next day, as we thought it looked nice. We were greeted by the very friendly Ken and John, and after some discussions, measurements, and price negotiation, we got the job signed on. They were competitive on price, but we felt the service, and products, we received was worth every penny.

What we can say about their service is that it's first class. If I could give these guys 10 stars I would, because they really went, and go, above and beyond what I would have expected from a flooring company. We had a terrible experience with a tiler not long before they were to install the wood floor, which 100% required the tiles, and they offered seemingly unending understanding and support about this. With our newborn son, our new house, and around Christmas time, this truly made our December.

They use a great guy for the wooden flooring, who did a superb job of our house laying the Nordic Beech wood and some laminate in the office.

Ken, John, Nigel, keep up the fantastic work. Cannot recommend these chaps enough.

The minute I worked in the door with my mood board, John and Nigel were brilliant guiding to the right floor for our makeover. The guidance continued when John came to measure.
Kevin duly arrived, courteous, hard working and completed a difficult job with a smile.

Painfully bad customer service (after the purchase made). We wanted to support local business and was very happy with the sales process and support given. However, the install time was considerably longer than promised and there were multiple issues that needed to be fix which taken almost 8 months to sort - despite a series pf chasing e mails and failed promises, and people turning up without the correct flooring etc. The tone and manner or conversation and e mails are passive aggressive, and ultimately left us feeling we'd rather have chosen a different supplier. The only time there was fast communication was when the office team were asking for payment.

Healds Flooring have been amazing. We dealt with Nigel who is extremely professional and knowledgeable and a credit to Healds. Nigel and the team guided us through the entire process from choosing our carpets and flooring through to fitting them. They offer a full service, including re fitting doors and plinths. We are delighted with our new amtico flooring. The team at Healds helped us all the way, from deciding how to deal with our existing floor to choosing a laying pattern and colour that suited our home. Just had our entire new build house house fitted with carpets and Amtico. From choosing to fitting, the entire team were very professional. They couldn’t do enough to make sure the job was completed to our satisfaction in a timely manner. We have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Had our hallway area redone with Amtico LVT. John was very friendly and helpful when he came out to measure, and both him, Nigel and Ken gave us lots of advice and samples in the shop. Had a few minor issues with fitting, but they quickly sent someone out to fix them. Floor looks brilliant and very happy with it. Competitively priced, would use again.

John, Nigel and the team at Healds in Nantwich recently provided us with Abingdon Stain Free Carpets and Amtico flooring throughout our whole new build house in Nantwich.
The flooring is of excellent quality and everyone was very friendly, professional and hard working. There was a slight delay laying the flooring as many of the team were struck by COVID, but they pulled through and it was all complete in time for our furniture turning up.
