Had a stair carpet fitted today by Keith who did a first class job .Great carpet complemented well by excellent fitting. Probably best in Chorley

If you want honesty and transparency then don't use carpetright. We were completely misled regarding third party payments. When we said that we wanted to pay for our own fitter and complete one floor at a time, we were told that we could pay for everything in one payment. They omitted the third party payments page from the receipt after we had paid. On the second to last day of fitting, the fitter asked for over £640, I genuinely thought he was joking. Had we known, we would have gone somewhere else. We are honest and genuine people that have been led on. It's clear that they take a dirty sale approach. Fingers crossed they go in to administration this year 🤞🏼
