We've used abfab many times over the years and found it a friendly, professional and reliable service. Our only criticism is a bit of a botch up on our vinyl in the bedroom, it hasn't been cut straight in the ensuite doorway and although separate to the flooring we had 3 sets of curtains made for our lounge and they really are quite bad, the lining is bigger than the curtains and so it's Dunelm for any more curtains that we will want, such a shame as it's great to shop local if you can

We used Dave at Abfab for our carpets 8 years ago, and are now having them back to redo the whole house. We told him what carpet we wanted and he measured up and quoted. All good. Its fitting day today, so all furniture is moved and old carpets out and deposited at the Coleford tip. Ready and waiting!

Very pleased with the carpets and vinyl and the advice given by David.
We were especially pleased with the quality of the fitting: the fitters were helpful and pleasant to have around the house but it was the attention to detail in the fitting round door architraves etc that really stood out.

First visit to this shop and most impressed with the level of polite and professional service. Excellent advice on my options for new carpets and a very competitive quotation which has been accepted. Now looking forward to the fitting being done and which suits my timetable perfectly.

Had our whole house fitted with new carpets and flooring last year. 5 star service. Lovely staff and very affordable. Was also a huge help in picking the right colour and styles to match tiles in the bathroom and colours of walls. 100% recommend.

Not impressed to be honest, had a chap out to give us a quote for flooring, was very negative from the outset - told us if all the furniture wasn't moved, his 'boys' would just walk out, told us he normally charged for giving quotes, showed us no samples so we're unsure how he came to a price! Maybe it was an 'off' day. Not a great experience. Message to owner after his response follows - thank you so much for your prompt response, three years to answer a review is quick indeed. We ended up employing a local chap and would use him in any future endeavours. didn't charge for quotes etc. So ta but no ta.
