Corinium Carpets Cheltenham

Cannot fault Corinium Carpets. From our first contact through to our last we have enjoyed nothing but excellent customer service. Scott was most helpful in the showroom, knowledgeable and helpful with a very wide range of products to choose from. Allan came out to measure up when it suited us and offered invaluable advice. However, the icing on the cake was our fitter, Martin. He was a joy to watch, and have working in our home over 3 days. His skill with the product has resulted in a job we are thrilled with. I would not hesitate to recommend Corinium Carpets to anyone.

I had to commend Corinium Carpets for getting in touch and making sure all issues have been rectified. They sent the boys to fit carpets on the stair case and landing, best of all they did an absolute glimming job. They carpets were taken away and disposed. The first experience was kind of abrupt but they lived up to their 5 star rating the second time around and I wish I could amend the rating above. Will highly recommend the boys after the recent changes implemented by the management team.

Recently had fitted carpets through out my house. Would highly recommend the company. Quality,S an fitting was amazing. Leighton who was the fitter did a great job an made you feel at ease. If you after carpets. Make sure you give this company a call. You won't regret it .

Hi. Visiting a friend here in Cheltenham, lots going on as regards decorating etc...in particular with a carpet problem.
Visited this store for advice for them and they could not have been more helpful. The gentleman in the store was very knowledgeable (I obviously wasn't )

We must have been very unlucky. We were served by a person who knew very little about laminate flooring. Unfortunately for her I've been in the trade for 35 years. To make matters worse someone from the office came crashing through the door which smashed in to my wife's back. It was an outward opening door opening into the showroom which shouldn't be! The manager who was just a few feet away didn't even have the decency to come and apologize and see if there was anything he could do! My wife was quite ill afterwards. If that's their attitude thank God we didn't use them!

Scott is knowledgeable, experienced, professional and funny. Scott could talk about the benefits and disadvantages of every product. The woman at the front was funny and inviting. Scott followed up with me to move the project along. I had a great experience.

We have had new carpets fitted throughout our house by Corinium and are so pleased - staff at the showroom have always been really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable each time we have popped in and the fitters were professional, polite and tidy. Great communication throughout and really appreciate the flexibility re. storing our carpet when there was a delay to part of our project and also in terms of fitting date as well. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending or in using Corinium again. Thanks so much!
