Mixed reviews here. I'll add my 2p. Used these chaps twice and both times i have found them to be reasonably priced and the fitters have been good too. On the first occasion it was my living room i had done. I wasnt in and had my sister house sitting while they worked. They phoned me to let my know a newly fitted radiator was leaking (thankfully was just a loose-ish connection) I was happy with the work they did.

Second time was to fit a lino in the bathroom. I had them underboard it first too. Again i was in work and this time had my mum wait in for them. I found they didn't make much of a mess or anything and i was happy with the work.

Id go back again as im chuffed with what they have done. Maybe they just use a few different fitters to cover different areas, and possibly there is a bad outfit working for them. Who knows but I've been happy so far

I spoke with Gavin about my carpet needs and I can't thank him enough. He answered my questions thoroughly, honestly and openly and there were no pushy sales techniques in sight. We used their carpet fitting service too and WOW they were awesome. 4 bedrooms completed over 2 days (my request) and total time of less than 2.5 hours overall - and this included moving some very heavy furniture! Polite, efficient and brilliant. I would 100% recommend them for sales, price and fitting, what a great firm. I'm now waiting for day 3 next week for my stairs and hallway knowing it will be again be super-efficient and easy.

We chose our carpets in store with some guidance from the staff. They were fitted as promised 10th December by 2 friendly, professional fitters who made a lovely job. The whole experience was seamless and professional from start to finish. Highly recommend! Thank you all!

I am sure they are a good company but fining my disabled and partially sighted 87 Mother £60 parking fine for being 20 minutes late back to the car (she isn't as fast as she used to be!) seems excessive - especially when the business was closed! I wish the company well but I wont be recommending them.I am sure that there are real issues with parking during commercial hours but this seems unnecessary.

Not a bad selection of carpets in stock and many more can be ordered in. Helpful staff and not too pushy. I brought off the roll and it was cut and loaded in my car within 10 mins. Will use again.

Staff ok carpets choice good prices ok wouldn't really recommend there are better
