Tapi Carpets & Floors

Me & the wife wanted a rug made out of left over carpet.
The employee's were great helped us so much.
They gave my 17 month old boy a ballon offered him a drink and just made us feel really welcome.
The rug only cost £30 so not much bit will be buying from them again.

Really bad experience with the Taunton branch, at 1st really good and the beat the quote I was given by another company. When I went to purchase was told they lost the quote so had to start again and has some come out to measure who also got all that wrong and they guy in the shop had to make a guess on a price on the room. We was told if he pay for the other room we would have some time to think as there was a 3 to 4 week wait on the carpet, so we paid. Now we have decided to not go with Tapi due to the issues we are being charged £42 to cancel my order. Noting but issues with this branch and I would suggest using a more family based company who actually care for there customers.

carpet fitters Josh and Rich who were very polite, got on and did a great job fitting 3 bedrooms, landing, also stairs runner with stair rods which now looks amazing. Thankyou Tapi will definitely being using in the future. Mrs Crofts

I manage property and have used Tapi carpets in Taunton several times now. They have just fitted a carpet for me today.
Their service is second to none.
Christy in store made my ordering incredibly easy, Laura was super helpful with fitting in with my very tight schedule (thank you so much).
My fitting team, Shane, John and Christy, were polite, professional, extremely nice and did a brilliant job, thank you for all your hard work.
It's really refreshing to work with people who are just good at what they do, do a great job and make the whole experience very, very easy and stress free.
I'm never going anywhere else, sorry, you are stuck with me!

Overpriced go to a local shop better deal and quality. I had a quote it was £900 more expensive

Extremely disappointing visit earlier today. Me and my partner went in completely clueless on flooring, all we knew is we needed 2 rooms doing. Not one of the sales people came over to help us, and we were in there for quite some time. The salesman at the front seemed more bothered about fluffing up/sorting iut the carpet samples. On leaving, no one said bye or thankyou. Potentially the sales staff saw us being younger and didn't think we would buy so didn't bother with us. Will now be having to go Bristol to hopefully get served by someone that wants to help us.

Good prices if you take away there and then on off the roll.Bought for bedroom not in use so not worried on price and quality.
