Tapi Carpets & Floors

Unfortunately the person who gave us a quote forgot to mention that the carpet could not be fitted with a wire running down the steps, so as well as having a delay with fitting our carpet we are having people coming to our house unnecessarily (rather stressful for a pandemic). We have called twice to Tooting shop and the lady said she would look into a compensation Discount, to no avail in either of the calls. First she asked me to call back. Then she said she would call me, but still waiting. Hoping the carpet looks good after all once fitted, but terrible customer service.

An excellent store. Spotlessly clean and the customer service was 5 star from start to finish. A very wide range of carpets at all price points, colours, materials, and styles. Free measuring service, and the fitters were polite and tidied up after themselves. Thank you Tapi and manager Cheryl.

Really impressed with the service from Tapi in Tooting. Originally made a mistake with ordering and they sorted it out really quickly and were very patient when it came to rearranging our fitting. Friendly, clear and very easy to deal with - we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Cheryl was absolutely brilliant - very friendly and professional. She organised for my new carpets to be fitted at my new home. From measurement to fitting, the whole experience was absolutely perfect and I'm already using Tapi again for another job. Flooring can be confusing - so many options - Tapi was quick and efficient with my order - Cheryl is a dream boat

Cheryl at the Tooting branch and her team are brilliant. I had all my carpets/flooring installed before Christmas, even though i was happy to wait until Jan. Installation teams are also great, these are third party contractors ( but dont be put off, high standard workmanship).
The high level of service I received from at home visit with measuring and samples ( RECOMMENDED) to installation was second to none. It was all arranged to suit my needs and timeframe. Thank you Cheryl!

Went last weekend to buy a new carpet for our baby’s room. The salesman was very knowledgeable and professional. We look forward to it arriving and getting fitted

I was just refused entry to this store due to not wearing a face covering. I explained I was exempt but still was told I would be refused entry and would need to book a home visit, the person who refused me entry was not wearing a mask himself I have used this store on several occasions but this will no longer be happening,

Update. If you was so interested then you would have called the store yourself, I got a brilliant service from an independent shop 20 minutes from tapi flooring it's a shame as I have used this store many times.
