The service provided by Style was professional and sophisticated from start to end. I had time to shop around and can honestly say that the staff at Style stood out By a mile. Their collection is stunning and fit my needs perfectly. They listened carefully to my requirements and guided me with specialist advice and I would highly recommend them.

I have waited nearly 2 months and its taken me 10 emails (they only bothered replying to 4 of them!) to get a simple floor sample from this company. Finally the floor sample arrived today, and it is the wrong one! How do companies THIS bad manage to stay in business?

Absolutely fantastic service. We were going to be on holiday so this lovely company bent over backwards to deliver the day after we returned. We saved we think about £400 on the price of our Amtico tiles. Shout out also for the courier who sensibly checked that our tiny lane would be ok for his lorry - it wasn't, so he phoned to ask us to meet him just down the road. And by the way we were really impressed that a real someone answers the phone very promptly

Was in need of an emergency shipment within an extremely short timeframe and they got back to us exactly when we needed it. Was provided great support and updates throughout the process and even received expedited shipping from styleideasdirect.

For expedited deliveries, it was mentioned that no help could be provided in moving our shipment due to shortage of staff but the delivery driver was extremely helpful and kind. He even helped us move the tiles to our apartment despite not needing to.

Excellent service from Stuart and the team at Style Ideas Direct. I ordered Karndean flooring online and the price and service was fantastic. I would definitely recommend Style Ideas Direct to all my friends and family.

The team at Style Ideas Direct have been brilliant. They gave me great advice when it came to choosing which type of flooring to go with and were on hand throughout the process from ordering to delivery to make sure everything went smoothly. Stuart in particular was really helpful when I needed to order some extra boxes of flooring, and went above and beyond to get them delivered to me as quickly as possible. Really happy with how the floor looks!

I noted this shop from the car: all the nice colourful tiles, floor boards and wall colours. It looked like a dream interior shop.
I then ordered some old fashion pink tiles. We had several problems with poor communication and delivery times exceeding the agreed dates, but at the end a negative review from my husband about the whole shebang pushed the owner to take action and we got the tiles. And then our experience went from bad to worse. The tiles weren't sufficient and I phoned the shop to order an extra few boxes. The shop said they will check and call back. After 15 min I called back and I was passed to the owner that said "You should speak to your husband about the tiles". I was very much surprised and he stated that due to previous miscommunication with me they were going to discuss matters only with my husband. I was very shocked, I was the one that called the shop for the order and they considered that I wasn't worth not even a call back to clarify how they wanted to deal with my order. But this is not the end: the owner clearly stated that he would order the tiles only when the negative review was removed . This is the reason why my husband removed his first review . A quick google search lead us to another dealer for the same tiles and we ordered the extra boxes on line. I do wish all the success to this shop, because our high streets need this type of small independent businesses, but I wish even more that they have a very thorough review not only of customer services but of their culture of basic respect and fairness to other people.

Got some great tiles from Jean. He was really professional and gave great customer service from the time I first entered the shop all the way to having them delivered.
