Everything was ok and the gentleman in the shop in Church Street was very quick to answer my calls and email untill I made the order. He came to flat and measured the flat and I gave him floor plan and he told me how many sqare metres I need for the flat which is reasonable big order for them.
I wanted to use a different range of product in one room and I repeatedly asked , please becareful about the room , do not get confused. and I showed him the room when he was in the flat and I had sent him the floor flan.

Surprise surprise of him, he measured the wrong room for the different range of the product I would like to use for the only room.

While I received 10sqm short of my order for this room and I was delivered 10sqm more than I need for the rest of the flat due to his fault. I called them several several several times and emailed they never never answered and I had to go to their shops each time when I had an issue and each time he was sitting there and pretent nothing happend without any apology. So arrogant.
It was obvious he was just ignoring the calls. When I mentioned what happned about the wrong measurement he did, he said he is very sorry and it is shameful mistake. But he did not accept responsibility and show me the Terms and condition abouth giving the right mesarurement to the suplier. He said I measured and gave it to them for order. I was shocked. That was an incredible and a big lie. I had to pay for another 10sqm. And again many many calls and emailed to deliver this missing 10sqm , of course no answer and had to go to their shops each time again.He never never answered.
I spent a huge very long month under huge pressure as they did not deliver the 10 sqm on time du e to his fault. It deleyaed my project and gave me a lot of discress and unpleasant with my contractor.

It was a huge mistake to make a business with him. Go to them if you have a lot of time to visit their shop when you have an issue with them each time. I still cannot belive I had to go through these things.

Because I can't give them any less. Apathetic, shameless and incompetent. Oh and what they don't tell you is they outsource the installation

Very stressful and disappointing experience. Go elsewhere. Their fitters cut and punctured our water pipes not once, but TWICE. One of these flooded the ceiling of our newly decorated bathroom. The other happened the last working day before Christmas and Daniel the boss and Conor the salesman did not respond to our many calls or messages, meaning we had to get an emergency plumber out as our builders were all leaving for Christmas. They then took months to pay this bill (if they have paid at all) and left us being chased for payment. Lots of snags they had to come back to fix. To add insult to injury, a final finishing coat is an additional cost which I believe should be included, or at least been complimentary given the massive problems they caused.
I discussed with Conor that I was worried about using them because of a terrible earlier Google review and Conor assured me that it was a one off and that guy was unreasonable. Unfortunately I fell for his sales patter. He also pushed their fitters on us saying that the guarantee would be void if we used our builder's fitters. Unfortunately we fell for this too.
The quality and end product look good but every time I wash the floors I get angry about all the mishaps. This is a saturated market so I strongly suggest you go elsewhere for your wooden floors.
