Carpetright

Went to carpetright for all of my house, I had visited a few other retailers nearby but they weren’t as good. The service from Vicky was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Went through all of my sizes and worked out the cost for me, they even came out to check everything at no extra cost. The fitters on the day were very professional and friendly. I can’t recommend enough.

I dashed into the store to check out the stock as we have a room that needs carpeting quite soon. Within a few seconds of my entering the store I was approached by Vitt who offered his assistance. I told him I was just browsing (which I was at that point). After having a look round I then consulted with Vitt to get his advice and as a result I scooted out of the store 20 mins later, a happy customer, as he had assisted me to purchase carpet and underlay and arranged fitting at a very competitive price indeed. Vitt was quite laid-back but efficient and knowledgable; thanks Vitt. Am looking forward to getting our new carpet fitted in the next few days. I don't anticipate any problems as I have used Carpetright before and the fitting was first class.

Needed to fully carpet out new home before we moved in. Vicky was able to come out to our house and measure and then went away to work out the cost.

There was no hard sell, the figures were very transparent and below what I was expecting.

Vicky was able to arrange fitting in just over a week. When the fitters arrived they were brilliant, chatting bunch but not the type to let let that slow them down.

Very impressed with Carpetright. From start to finish I can not fault them. I would definitely recommend visiting them if your in need of carpet.

We are all encouraged to be Kind, so I really don’t want to slate anyone personally, but will say this …….. How the Manager sleeps at night is beyond me, total rip off and then to say they were unable to comment as to why my carpet had become threadbare before I had even finished paying for it is nothing short of appalling

Absolutely awful. Casandra who served us was lovely. But the rest.. total rubbish. Its taken over 3 months to get out bed. It's turned up broken, turned up without a mattress, turned up without a headboard. And they still haven't removed our old matress which we payed for them to do. They told me they have a "No compensation policy" how ridiculous. Don't shop with this company if you don't want to be messed around for 3 months.

Great service from Vitt, he showed me around the place and helped me choose some vinyl to take away the same day. Quality service and will definitely be back again!
